The School of Public Health works in an interdisciplinary manner, thereby combining the various professional, scientific and methodological approaches of its members into a productive diversity. The primary concern of health sciences / public health is to further improve the basic conditions for keeping all population groups healthy and to reduce the incidence of disease and its potential consequences as much as possible. It provides a framework for addressing pressing socially relevant issues related to health and disease.
