Erosion means eluting, eating away, wearing away, removing of land by water or wind. Countrysides change through erosion, but the slow and almost unnoticeable change over time can also be found elsewhere: buildings change in this way as well as people.

The Zeitskulptur can be seen in front of the ZiF's main building until May 2006, the exhibition "Jahresringe" with paperworks by Ginés de Castillo-Elejabeytia in the ZiF's foyer is on display until June 4, 2005.
