At the faculty of Biology we offer highly diverse and innovative degree programmes: our bachelor and master programmes provide you with a broad basic knowledge in biology, as well as with profile-oriented competences in "Molecular and Cell Biology", "Brain and Behaviour", "Ecology and Diversity" or "Biology Didactics". The scientists at the faculty of biology are perfoming intensive research in all four profiles. Moreover, Bielefeld University is one of the few locations in Germany offering teacher education for all types of german schools.
