Study Programme

The PhD Programme extends over six half-year semesters. The first two years are devoted to the student's own research work and networking ( e.g. by organizing a workshop), and the student is expected to participate in four seminars, four colloquia, and two courses from the key qualifications field. Seminars given by doctoral students will be credited to their study programme. The third year is devoted primarily to completing a dissertation thesis.

At the beginning of the first, second, and third years, doctoral students have to hand in an up-to-date time plan and a work report to their main supervisor.
