Things get diversified and interesting each fall when members of the teaching staff of Bielefeld University read selected excerpts from their favourite books during the “Lesenacht” [“Readings Night”]. Contemplative and moving, scientific and amusing texts are on the agenda. Experience the zest for science in new ways, travel through time with the authors, be moved by fates. A musical and gastronomical is programme presented on the gallery during the breaks.  

The next "Readings Night" takes place on Thursday 17^th of November 2011 in the Bielefeld University Library.
