Our team provides further training, counselling, and coaching for those who teach at Bielefeld University. Therefore, we are also there to help young academics who want to further develop their research, teaching, and careers in a balanced way. In cooperation with the graduate schools and research training groups, we have developed tailor-made services for all doctoral students and Postdocs at Bielefeld University designed to help clarify career-related and scientific goals and develop personal organizational skills during their doctoral phase.
