The "Fast Track" programme is aimed at outstanding female researchers who have completed their doctorate within the last 2 to 6 years. It offers a two year programme of intensive training as well as an opportunity to network and exchange experiences.
The mentoring programme movement is offered to female researchers who are pursuing a career in teaching and research. The programme is tailored respectively to prospective doctoral candidates, doctoral candidates with a career perspective in research as well as postdocs on the path to professorship. The programme is also run for international doctoral candidates.
For more information on the mentoring programme please visit the movement webpages.
Depending on the measures in their equality plan, faculties may have their own specific programmes for female students and doctoral candidates. The equality plans of each faculty can be viewed online. Contact the equality commission (Gleichstellungskommission) of your faculty to clarify funding or support for women.
