Language course for international PhD students of the Bielefeld Graduate Schools and other studies (mainly) conducted in English.
This course provides you with enough knowledge of German to find your way through Germany and the university. It aims at helping you to understand and speak everyday language and to cope with more complex conversation. We will assist you in improving your communicative skills as well as your grammar. The course will focus on communicative situations, provide information on German culture and help students to integrate into university life and German society in general. Additional cultural activities will be part of the program. This course is equivalent to level A2 within the European Framework of Reference for Languages. Participation will be certified after an exam. Classes 4 houres per week.
