Date: October 25 - 27, 2007

Organizers: Eric Hilgendorf (Würzburg), Annette Brockmöller (Celle)

Motivated by the 100 th anniversary of the Archive of Philosophy of Law and Sociology (ARSP), a ZiF team has started a journey through the 20th century philosophy of law. Exclusive selected articles from the ARSP were to highlight the great changes in social and technological developments of the past century. Also considered was the question of continuity in the thinking about justice. In his speech, Gerhard Sprenger tried to recapitulate the major accomplishments of the philosophy of law within the past 100 years.
