Since Oct.2009	PhD student at the department of neurobiology, Bielefeld University (Germany). I am working on the project: "Comparative Analysis of RF-Transmitted Neural Activity Underlying Visual Flight Control in Insects".
2009	Master's Thesis: "Electrophysiological analysis of motion sensitive neurons in the blowfly, Calliphora vicina" at Bielefeld University (Germany).
Winter 2008 - 2009	Visiting scholar at the RSBS (Research School for Biological Sciences) of the ANU (Australian National University) in Canberra (Australia). There, I conducted a research module for my Master's program dealing with: "Response behaviour of interneurons in the ocellar system of the dragonfly, Hemicordulia tau". Funded by the ANU.
2007 - 2009	Master's program: "Systems Biology of Brain and Behaviour" at Bielefeld University (Germany).
