Sabine Schrader started her chemical studies at the University of Bielefeld in 1982. After staying abroad in Newcastle upon Tyne/England in the working group of Prof. M. S. Baird she finished her thesis for doctorate in Organic Chemistry "New chiral ammonia salts in the enantioselective phase transfer catalysis" in the beginning of 1992. Since 1989 she is scienctific co-worker at the faculty of chemistry at the university of Bielefeld. As the directive about hazardous materials took place in 1994 she was signed as a commissioner of security for this faculty. Backing this occupation she completed a course as a engineer for safety provisions for workers in 1995.
