Description

The teaching units and events of the "Language and Context Institute 2015 (C)" are part of the curriculum project „Language in cultural context: documentation, description, application“ that is hosted by the Bielefeld University, Bielefeld, Germany, and the partner university Université Félix Houphouet Boigny, Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire - funded by the DAAD. All events are open for the students of Linguistics at the Université Félix Houphouet Boigny.
 

Aims

  • Foundations of phonological analysis: autosegmental description of tonal events; prosodic domains.
  • Foundations of mophological analysis: nominal stems and nominal projections, number, definiteness.
