Welcome to movement – mentoring for female students and researchers!
Mentoring is an effective instrument in career development and has been successfully employed in science, business and society to provide sustainable support for qualified junior staff.
The mentoring programme movement aims to support female students and researchers of all faculties in successfully building their careers in science. The reason for this is that women make an outstanding contribution to science and research and are extremely well qualified. However, they are still underrepresented in the highest and most attractive academic positions.
Female Students with an interest in following a doctoral programme (start June 2014)
