Advancing Teleosemantics

Our project is concerned with the theoretical foundations of teleosemantics. We are focusing on certain fundamental questions which are important to teleosemantic theorizing, but which usually remain in the background. By pursuing this strategy, we hope to shed some light on various long-standing debates in teleosemantics, and to provide novel solutions for several notorious problems. The project is funded by the DFG (German Research Foundation) and consists of three sub-projects (see below).
