As of the winter term 2007/2008, Bielefeld University and the École Normale Supérieure in partnership with the Universities of Paris I, Paris IV and Paris VII offer an interdisciplinary and binational program in „Science Studies“, which is aligned to the already existing Master's program in Bielefeld „History, Philosophy and Sociology of Science“ – HPSS – and the “Master cohabilité Logique, Philosophie, Histoire, Sociologie des sciences (LoPHiSS)” in Paris. The program is for students who

 

• have completed at least a BA from University/Institute of higher learning,

• are interested in pursuing an interdisciplinary Master's level study, taught in both German and French,

• attach importance to an intensive mentoring, and are self motivated,

• are generally interested in international exchange and desire
  to acquire intercultural competence.
