The YourSleep research project investigates mechanisms of action between sleep, stress and mental health in adolescents and young adults with sleep problems. From fall 2024, we are therefore looking for participants between the age of 16 and 21 who regularly suffer from sleep problems and would like to support our research.
Curious? Then please participate directly in our short online questionnaire (YourSleep part 1a, see diagram below):

We would like to ask adolescents and young adults with sleep problems about various sleep and health-related topics in order to explore the underlying mechanisms. Furthermore, two groups with different sleep-related instructions will be compared with each other. Participation will take place exclusively online and from the comfort of your own home/on the go. The study consists of two parts. An overview of the procedure can be found in the diagram below. Participation in the study will be rewarded accordingly.
16.10.2024: YourSleep will once again be represented with a stand in the university hall as part of the Welcome (Back) Day for students and will be available to answer any questions about the project. Interested persons can talk to the project staff and obtain information material about the project.
19.06.2024: YourSleep was represented with a stand in the university hall as part of Bielefeld University's Health Day. Interested people were able to obtain information about the project and the topic of “sleep”.
