Increasing patient satisfaction and improvement of treatment outcomes in medical rehabilitation by considering the diversity of rehabilitation patients: Development and evaluation of a diversity management concept (ReDiMa).

The aim of the project – jointly conducted by Bielefeld University and Chemnitz University of Technology – is to develop a diversity management concept for an exemplary rehabilitation clinic based on a qualitative status quo analysis . The concept will be pilot tested by means of a (quantitative) quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design with separate samples.
