The responsibility for the processing of data on this website lies with Service Center for Young Researchers (FFT).

We use your data (name, job, telephone, e-mail, employment status, career level, physical disability, children.) for a) Registration and organization of the event, b) Evaluation of the event (number of participants, composition of the group, for example with regard to status group and gender).
The data will be passed on to the PEP network (Carla Sauvigny-Wigge) for the evaluation and further development of the Personnel Development Program (PEP) for scientists at the University of Bielefeld. Processing shall be lawful if you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All personal data will be stored on specially secured systems of Bielefeld University for the duration of the event and will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with data protection regulations after two years from the beginning of registration, that is, as soon as the above evaluation is completed.

You can assert the rights granted to you by the EU GDPR (request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, object to processing, data transfer) against the person responsible for this website.
