“Analyses in Organizational Sociology” Working Paper Series

“Analyses in Organizational Sociology” working paper series is published by the Working Area on Organizations at the Faculty of Sociology of Bielefeld University. It includes papers that meet at least two challenges. First, these papers are concerned with subjects that are risky because they are largely unexplored and thus raise questions that go beyond the sociological mainstream. Second, in line with Niklas Luhmann’s counterintuitive approach, the authors seek to propose theses that introduce new perspectives on issues of organizational sociology.
