The regulars’ get-together takes place during the lecture term on the last Wednesday of each month at different venues. It offers you the opportunity to meet in person, network with one another and chat with your colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. This gives newly appointed staff in particular the chance to get to know the city and their colleagues better.
The regulars’ get-together alternates between being held either in the evening from 6 pm at various venues close to the city centre, or at lunchtime at Univarza, Bielefeld University’s restaurant. This ensures that those for whom an evening event is inconvenient can also take part.
The get-together was originally set up for all professors who have been appointed to the university since 2016 and who have therefore taken part in the ‘Gut ankommen’ onboarding programme. However, we are also happy to invite anyone else who is interested.
