Online-Workshop:
Self and time management (for work that makes sense)

This workshop is geared at teaching staff who want to reflect on and improve how they use their time and other resources. Participants are invited to work with practical tools and tips, and to take time to look more deeply into their personal approach to self, time and task management.
Using individual reflection, writing, drawing, embodiment, small group work, plenary discussions, trainer input, and peer feedback, we discuss these topics:
day 1
- taking inventory
- principles of effective time/task management
- methods and strategies for planning and setting priorities
- planning a specific project
day 2
- time thieves, motivators, and drivers
- defining values and strengths
- reaching goals, realising dreams
- first steps to transfer new insights into daily work
Workshoptrainer:
Dr. Vera Leberecht (Maastricht/NL) studied Linguistics, Intercultural Communication and Theology in Germany and Finland. She worked at Maastricht University Language Centre for several years before starting her own consulting business in 2008. She is an enthusiastic trainer and coach for writing and other work that makes sense, in academia and beyond.
