Prof. Dr. Christoph Schuck

Christoph Schuck is a Professor of Political Science at the Department of Philosophy and Political Science, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Theology at TU Dortmund University (Germany) and Co-Spokesperson of the international Graduate School on Political Cohesion (GSPC). He has been the Principal Investigator (PI) of several research and consulting projects focusing, among other issues, on aspects of civil–military relations in Southeast Asia and regional cooperation in Central Asia (supported, e.g., by the Volkswagen Foundation, DFG and Germany’s Federal Foreign Office).

Nora Becker, M.A.

Nora Becker is a research associate and PhD candidate at the Department of Philosophy and Political Science at TU Dortmund University (Germany). In 2018 she started her PhD project, which focuses on public and private spheres in the digital age. She has organized conferences in Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Frankfurt am Main (Germany), the latter in cooperation with Bielefeld University as the selection workshop for the Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, for which she now acts as the project coordinator in Dortmund.
