Leisure Activities and Excursions

Planning your free time on the German summer courses

We guarantee a varied leisure program and the opportunity to get in touch and make new friends outside of the German lessons. For example, we offer the following:

  • Hiking tour to the animal park “Olderdissen”
  • Guided Tour through the Bielefeld Soccer Stadium (Schüco Arena)
  • Game Nights
  • Pub Nights
  • Picnic at university

Furthermore, the course price includes two day-trips to well-known cities. Possible excursions are:

  • Visit to the “House of History of the Federal Republic of Germany”
  • Visit to the „LWL-Museum of Art & Culture“ in Munster
  • Visit to the Castle "Wilhelmshöhe" in Kassel

In addition, participants can choose from an assortment of sports programs from Bielefeld University. For example: Fitness Training, Yoga and Endurance Training.
