Funding:

Members: Yves Breitmoser (only IMW Members listed)
Duration: 2021-2025

Beschreibung:

The universities of Münster and Bielefeld are researching the causes, mechanisms and effects of individualisation in changing environments in an interdisciplinary discourse between the natural sciences, humanities and social sciences as part of the "Individualisation in Changing Environments" (InChangE) network. The subject areas represented in InChangE are biology, philosophy, sociology, economics, psychology, geoinformatics, psychiatry and health sciences.

What effects do changing environmental conditions have on individualisation processes, how can we better predict individualisation or individual decisions and is individualisation inevitably in conflict with the common good, for example when it comes to limited resources? These are central questions in the InChangE research network. All areas are accompanied by a cross-sectional project in which, among other things, a common terminology is being developed.
