Providing you, as a researcher at Bielefeld University, with the best possible environment and optimal support—this is the mission of the Graduate and Academic Career Development Centre (GrACe).

We support your individual development with targeted programs tailored to your needs and aligned with the university’s strategic goals—from doctoral studies to professorship.
We also assist the profile deveopment through customized formats.

All under one roof: GrACe brings together central services for career and professional development for researchers and academic managers. These include the Personnel Development Programme for Researchers and Teachers (PEP), the mentoring program movement, and the Bielefeld Young Researchers' Fund (BNF). In addition, we promote leadership culture, collaboration, and organizational development in academia.

The GrACe consists of an interdisciplinary team and builds on internal and external networking. We are happy to advise and support you!
