The newly founded Graduate and Academic Career Development Centre (GrACe) aims to offer you as a researcher at Bielefeld University the best possible environment and optimal support.
We want to optimally promote and support you in all career phases - from your first interest in a doctorate to a professorship - with target group-specific programmes for your individual development. In doing so, we are guided by your needs and the strategic goals of the university.
The GrACe consists of an interdisciplinary team and builds on internal and external networking. We are happy to advise and support you!
You will find everything under one roof: comprehensive career and staff development for researchers and science managers, target group-specific centres for all career levels in science, the staff development programme for researchers and teaching staff (PEP), the mentoring programme movementand the Bielefeld Young Talent Fund (BNF). In addition, we promote the further development of leadership culture and cooperation in science, accompanied by ongoing organisational development.
We look forward to celebrating the official opening on 8 May 2025 in our new premises in building A/B of the main university building. Further information will follow.
