The Student Service Centre is located very close to the new main entrance in Building A. Initial contact points for students as well as various counselling and support services are bundled here. There are also multifunctional co-learning spaces that can be used both as workspaces and event venues.

Other services for students, such as the student office and Bafög office, are located in the immediate vicinity of the Student Service Centre.

Info point

At the Infopoint you will receive friendly and competent initial counselling for all important questions about studying and the campus. We offer you quick support and orientation and refer you to the relevant university departments for more complex issues.

BITS Consulting

Here you can get support and assistance from the team at the Bielefeld IT Service Centre (BITS) with questions about using the University's central IT services. Questions and problems relating to accounts or passwords, Wi-Fi departments and the use of software services.

The Info Point International is the central point of contact for all questions relating to international mobility: We advise all university members on stays abroad and support international students, researchers and teaching staff on topics such as visas, housing, financing and much more.
