Student life is an exciting journey - full of challenges and exciting opportunities. With the TK-StudyGuide, we want to provide you with the best possible support and guidance.
e.g:

Students face numerous challenges during their academic career that can affect their health and academic success. Over 70% of students experience stress (Karyotaki et al., 2020), and stress-related exhaustion increased from 44% in 2015 to 68% in 2023 (Techniker Krankenkasse, 2023). Persistent stress can affect health (e.g. Gardani et al., 2022; Glaser et al., 2015; Quick et al., 2014) and lead to dropouts (Hjorth et al., 2016).
The project funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research "Healthy and successful studying" (GesA Stud) develops low-threshold measures to promote student health and increase academic success. Participants receive an individualised requirement-resource profile and support in implementing recommended measures.
