Since 2022, Paul Schulte-Coerne is an external PhD student at the Chair of Human Resource and Family Business Management at Bielefeld University. He completed his Bachelor's degree at TU Dortmund University and his Master's degree at Wuppertal University with a focus on HR. Since 2016, he has been working at Riverty (Bertelsmann Group) as an international HR Business Partner / People & Culture Lead. His research interests are in the areas of HR management, leadership, ethical behavior and the interlinking of sports and HR.
