Bielefeld School of Education - BiSEd

As part of the practical study format Individual Support, Bielefeld University has been cooperating for years with numerous projects and initiatives for individual support, both outside of school and in schools. This format also includes the practice project Diagnosis and Support, which is implemented as an offer for the occupational practice studies. In this project, schools in the region and the subjects involved work closely together. Students who carry out their practical phase in this project context develop, test and evaluate support materials, support and accompany the individual learning processes and learning developments of pupils and document these. The close cooperation of the pupils' school and university partners ensures the best possible use of the students. The tasks are tailored to the possibilities of the students, who have the opportunity to gain long-term practical experience.
