Many applications — for MA and PhD programmes, scholarships, internships, and similar opportunities — require reference letters from university instructors. We are pleased to support students who have attended our seminars by providing such letters.
To ensure that your request can be processed in time, please contact us at least two weeks before the application deadline, either by email or during office hours, and include the following documents:
• A current CV (including academic as well as extracurricular activities)
• A current transcript of records
• A list of courses you have attended with us (including semester, title, and grade)
• A brief statement outlining your motivation for the application, for example:
– For scholarships: Why this particular funding organisation?
– For MA and PhD programmes: Why this programme at this university?
– For internships: Why this internship, and how does it relate to your academic interests or career plans?
• Contact details of the institution or programme (including any required forms or submission guidelines)
• The submission deadline for the reference letter
Please also indicate the preferred method of submission (postal or online).
We kindly ask that you inform us in advance before initiating any automatic reference request through a university or scholarship portal. Requests received without prior agreement cannot be processed.
