- Academic advisor
The academic advisor informs prospective students as well as students about the structure and procedure of a degree programme and its career prospects. It advises prospective students on the choice of degree programme and helps students to overcome problems during their studies. It also provides information on the recognition of academic achievements and placement in higher subject-related semesters, which is carried out according to a uniform procedure for all degree programmes.
- Student counselling service
The student counselling service sees itself as a link between the examination office and the students. It is the first point of contact for problems with the timetable, the electronic course catalogue (ekvv) or studying in general. It also offers support in filling out applications for the Faculty of Technology's examination office.
Furthermore, the student counselling service also provides a help desk for questions about the university and its institutions and cooperations.
