We use your data to inform you about the admission or refusal of your presentation, to send you more information about the conference and to survey the abstracts and papers.

Processing shall be lawful if you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

All personal data will be stored on specially secured systems of Bielefeld University and will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with data protection regulations in December after the next BiGSEM Doctoral Workshop.

The data will be passed on to the BiGSEM Workshop Organisation Team and to BiGSEM students to review the documents.

You can assert the rights granted to you by the EU GDPR (request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, object to processing, data transfer) against the person responsible for this website.
