Welcome to the Second International Conference on "Challenges in Managing Smart Products and Services (CHIMSPAS)" hosted by the Institute of Technological Innovation, Market Development and Entrepreneurship (iTIME) at Bielefeld University.

This conference aims at providing an interdisciplinary research platform for scrutinizing managerial issues related to the management of smart products and services.

The program for CHIMSPAS 2021 is now online.

Due to the ongoing pandemic and its unpredictable development (e.g., vaccination), we have decided to hold the CHIMSPAS 2021 online. The Organizing Committee is currently working on some surprises and a promising social program to create an unforgettable conference experience. So stay tuned.
