CfP Special Issue
There will be a Special Issue in the SMR – Journal of Service Management Research after the conference.
Journal of Service Management Research (SMR) will publish a Special Issue on "Managing Smart Services and Smart Service Systems". Topics are the same as for CHIMSPAS, guest editors are Nicola Bilstein and Christian Stummer.
The submission deadline is 15 October 2021, publication of the issue is in the beginning of 2023.
The corresponding Call for Papers can be found here. The submission to the Special Issue is not restricted to participants of the conference.
