My research uses molecular and computational methods to understand photosynthesis, responses to stresses, and transcriptional regulation. I am particularly fascinated by plants in extreme environments.

My research focuses on gene function discovery of evolutionary conserved proteins from cyanobacteria to land plants with oxygenic photosynthesis as the key aspect.
