Availability

The office is usually open Monday through Thursday mornings from 08:30 to 13:00 by phone or e-mail, and is generally not staffed on Fridays.
For matters that require a personal visit, we offer the following office hours in the summer semester 2023:

Tuesdays 11:00 - 13:00
Wednesdays 09:00 - 11:00

In exceptional cases, individual appointments can also be made outside of regular office hours. You will find our e-mail address and telephone extension in the contact details column.
