Our goal
We are a team of six chairs from different Faculties and disciplines who have set themselves the goal of advancing research into family businesses both theoretically and practically. Our research findings should not only enrich the academic discourse, but also be practically applicable and contribute to the sustainable development of family businesses.
Our interdisciplinary approach allows us to look at family businesses from different perspectives and gain a deeper understanding of their special features and challenges. We work closely with representatives from the business world in order to transfer our research findings into practice and maximise the benefits. However, scientific dialogue with various players in the national and international research landscape is also a key concern for us.
Our aim is not only to work on current problems, but also to develop forward-looking ideas and concepts that will make family businesses successful in the long term. We invite you to join us on this exciting and promising journey and look forward to exchanging ideas with you.
