- Guest talk by Sebastian McClintock about Holistic Experience in E-Commerce on January 14,2025
We are excited to announce the second and final guest talk for this semester, presented by Sebastian McClintock, as part of the lecture series “Sonderformen des Marketings: Customer Experience Management”.
Sebastian McClintock, the Head of Customer Experience at Ratepay GmbH, will share his extensive expertise in market research, customer experience, and NPS-related topics. With over 14 years of experience, his career includes roles at companies such as Delivery Hero, Allianz SE, and Ernst & Young.
He will be presenting a talk titled:
"The Holistic Experience: Practical Examples from E-Commerce and Fintech"When: Tuesday, 14 January 2025, from 12:15 to 13:00
Where: H10 (Sebastian McClintock will be presenting via Zoom)Bielefeld University students, including those not enrolled in the lecture, are warmly invited to attend.

Guidelines for Credit Transfer of Study Abroad Achievements
To have study abroad achievements recognized, please submit the following documents to the secretary's office:
- Completed form for recognition of study achievements
- Detailed descriptions of the courses to be credited
- Proof of completed exams
- Conversion scale to our grading system
An appointment for office hours is not necessary. The same procedure applies to planning a semester abroad.
