CfP Special Issue
After the conference, there will be a Special Issue on “The Bright & Dark Sides of Smart Service (Technologies)” in the Journal of Service Theory and Practice. Guest editors are Nicola Bilstein (Bielefeld University, Germany), Alexander P. Henkel (Open University of the Netherlands, Heerlen, The Netherlands) and Kristina Heinonen (Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki, Finland).
CHIMSPAS participants are highly welcome to submit their work to the Special Issue, even though the Special Issue is not restricted to conference participants.
