Bjarte Feldmann

Bjarte Feldmann is a PhD student in the Semantic Computing Group at Bielefeld University. He completed two Bachelor Degrees, one in Cognitive Informatics and one Bioinformatics and Genome Science. He then completed his Master of Science in Intelligent Systems and wrote his Master Thesis about Gene Structure Prediction using DNA-Language-Models in the Biodata Mining working group. In 2026 he joined the Semantic Computing Group and is currently working on knowledge extraction, Large-Language-Models and diagnosis systems for use in the medical field.
