User Administration

• Issuing UniCards (library cards) for external users
• Help with login problems in the loan account for external users
• Locking of the UniCard in case of loss / lifting of user locks

Interlibrary Loan

• Pick up of media ordered via interlibrary loan
• Return of borrowed media
• Consultation / complaints about interlibrary loans

Fee Administration

• Collection of overdue fees and interlibrary loan charges
• Recording of reports on book loss / book damage (also possible online) and subsequent follow-up

Management of the library lockers

• Help with problems (lost keys, forgotten PIN) and subsequent follow-up
