We offer a scan service for digital course reserves. The selected documents are scanned by us and made available for you to download.
You can then upload the documents into a learning management system (BIS-Lernräume), provided that the copyright regulations are observed. We digitise for you within the framework of the applicable copyright law
You can hand in a list of the desired documents or the templates to be scanned to the person in charge of your course reserve in your departmental library. For each course reserve we only need the reference number of the course (eKVV) and the bibliographic data of the documents as complete as possible (with call number and media number for works from the library's holdings).

Items from the library's holdings are placed on a shelf in the respective departmental library.
For Lecturers: Apply for a course reserve
For Students: Locations and use of the course reserve
The literature, which has been compiled by the lecturers in the form of a course reserve for individual courses, can be found on a separate shelf in each departmental library and is arranged alphabetically according to the names of the lecturers.
Borrowing items from a course reserve is only possible with the written permission of the relevant lecturer. An appropriate form is available at the circulation terminal of the respective departmental library. However, you can use the literature at any time in the library at a workstation and make copies of it.
