We use your data for E-mailing of conference-relevant information to all participants, preparation of the conference programme & the "Book of Abstracts" based on the conference contributions (poster/presentation) of the participants, preparation of name cards, preparation of participation certificates.
Processing shall be lawful if you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 (a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
All personal data will be stored on specially secured systems of Bielefeld University for the duration of 2 weeks after the end of the conference, after all attendance confirmations have been generated and then deleted.
The data will be passed only passed on internally to the organisers (Prof. Sewald & secretariat, Prof. Kolmar in Darmstadt & secretariat).
You can assert the rights granted to you by the EU GDPR (request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, object to processing, data transfer) against the person responsible for this website.
