Network with junior research group leaders, junior and tenure track professors from other departments and universities!

In our small groups, you can discuss current challenges over several dates, share experiences and support each other on the path to a tenured professorship. The sessions are facilitated by JUMP2 coordinators and usually take place online.

In the coming months, you will be able to exchange ideas with colleagues who have either
i) taken up their position in the last two years or
ii) are expecting an (interim) evaluation within the next year.

 

i) Arriving and building up: Getting off to a successful start in a leadership role

Kick-off date: 13.01.2026, 11:00-12:30 hrs

The regular dates of the peer counselling will be coordinated at the kick-off meeting.

ii) Successfully through the (interim) evaluation
Moderation: Svenja Burmann, Saarland University

Kick-off date: 15.01.2026 16:00-18:00 hrs
