Guidelines for cooperation

As part of a project on culture and leadership, a common mission statement for our cooperation was developed in a participatory process with all interested employees from technology, administration and services/student counselling.

The managers have derived management principles from this. Based on these binding guidelines, a training programme was developed specifically for managers.

The mission statement and management principles aim to set transparent and binding guidelines for cooperation at all levels.
