The counselling service offers initial orientation about the doctoral process and the opportunity to reflect on individual perspectives, options and approaches before and while doing a PhD.
Content
For many, the doctoral process is a phase characterised by many unanswered questions, uncertainties and detours. Counselling concerns can be correspondingly diverse:
- decisions and strategies for organising the individual doctoral process and further career development;
- situations or application procedures that you would like to prepare for;
- the first and next steps as a doctoral candidate;
- questions about financing your living expenses and research;
- what happens after the doctorate/Phd studies? Both in an academic context and in business and society.
