NEOLAiA - Diversity & Inclusion
NEOLAiA is an alliance of nine European universities. The motto is: Transforming regions for an inclusive Europe. NEOLAiA is co-funded by the European Union from 2024 to 2027 as part of the Erasmus+ funding line.
'Diversity & Inclusion' work package
The main task in the 'Diversity and Inclusion' work package is the
conception and design of a charter with D&I values and guidelines
(D&I NEOcharter), for which best practice examples (D&I NEObest)
are collected and made available in a database. In addition, staff
(D&I NEOstaff) and students (D&I NEOmentors) of the alliance
universities are trained and events are organised at each alliance
university (D&I NEOlife). In addition, all other work packages are
advised (D&I NEOad). A more inclusive metaverse is also being created under the leadership of the University of Nicosia (D&I NEOmeta).
