Research Activities

As part of her doctoral research, Ms. Bödding is conducting research on the use of immersive technologies, particularly augmented reality (AR), for learning. In the iAtA research project, she has examined the impact of new technologies on the work of trainees and trainers. In addition, her research focuses on the prejudices and experiences of discrimination faced by young employees. Furthermore, she is working on the translation and validation of the Vanderbilt Fatigue Scale (VFS).
