ESyMath is a research initiative that brings together researchers from various areas of mathematics, i.e. algebra, analysis, geometry, and probability theory, as well as experts in applied sciences, namely data science, machine learning, mathematical economics, and theoretical physics. It brings together under a single umbrella a number of existing research projects, including two CRCs and three ERC grants, with the aim to develop synergies between the various stakeholders.
