  • There is no guarantee of a placement.
  • If no matching is possible, you will be placed on a waiting list.
  • If, as a mentee, you no longer wish to study at Bielefeld University, please deregister with us immediately.

Please register early to have the best chance of finding a mentor or mentee.

  • Applications for mentees: from 15 January (summer semester), from 15 July (winter semester)
  • Matching: mainly February/March or August/September, but also later
  • After matching: initial contact between mentors and mentees, then feedback to the mentoring team
  • Feedback forms from mentor and mentee
